JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is Cost Management & Project Management Consultancy who are
currently expanding their business.
Pre-contract cost control and advise to Design Teams & Clients
Pre-contract document preparation
All post contract functions including; interim recommendations, cost
reporting, Client meetings, final account reconciliations on a diverse
range of projects
Estimating & Cost Planning – reporting directly to Clients
Preparing Bills of Quantities
Compiling Contract Documentation
Preparing Cost Reports
Preparing Monthly Valuations
Preparation and Agreement of Final Accounts
Review and Resolve Contractual Claims
Attend Meetings with Clients and Design Team Members
Training and development
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Quantity Surveying
* years of professional experience with a
proven track record in dealing with Subcontractors and Clients in
relation to Valuations, Variations, Final Accounts and cost reporting
Computer literate in Microsoft Office and other Quantity Surveying
Packages (Billsoft)
PACKAGE

salary and negotiable dependent on experience
